ChanDa Certificate of Conformity

A Certificate of Conformity is a document that confirms the supplied parts meet the agreed specification, standard or drawing. For fastener buyers, it is a practical link between the purchase order and the inspection records behind the shipment.
What the certificate covers
ChanDa issues a Certificate of Conformity with export orders. Depending on the order, it can reference the product description, the applicable DIN or ISO standard, the material grade, the surface finish, the inspected dimensions and the batch or order number.
What it is not
A Certificate of Conformity is not the same as an ISO 9001 certificate. ISO 9001 certifies a quality management system; a Certificate of Conformity confirms that a specific batch of parts was supplied against a specific requirement. Buyers often ask for both, and the two documents serve different purposes.
Why buyers ask for it
- Internal vendor approval and incoming inspection.
- Customs or tender documentation in some markets.
- Evidence that the material and finish match the purchase order.
- A traceable record for repeat orders and quality claims.
How to request one
Send the purchase order, the drawing or standard, and any specific document wording before shipment. We will confirm what can be included and issue the certificate with the export documents. For a sample or a quotation, contact sales@chandaintl.com.
