ChanDa manufactures precision steel bushings, shaft sleeves and spacers with controlled ID/OD, clean chamfers and optional heat treatment. They are used in hydraulic pivots, conveyor rollers, trailer running gear and industrial linkages. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum; finishes include zinc, black oxide, plain oil and hard chrome. Custom tolerances to ±0.01 mm are available on turned parts.
