Shipping & Export Packing

Fastener orders are packed for export and shipped by sea, air or courier depending on quantity, destination and urgency. Packing and Incoterms are confirmed on the quotation and proforma invoice.

Export packing options

  • Bulk cartons — polybag-lined master cartons for production quantities.
  • Sorted polybags — 50, 100 or 500 pieces per bag with labels for stock and distribution.
  • Assembled sets — pin, clip, nut or washer combinations packed as one item.
  • Retail-ready packs — printed headers, barcodes and display cartons for distributors.
  • Palletized loads — export pallets with corner protection and strapping for container or LCL shipments.

Shipping modes

  • Sea freight — the most economical option for pallet and container quantities.
  • Air freight — for urgent orders or smaller volumes where speed matters more than unit freight cost.
  • Courier — for samples and small trial orders, delivered door to door.

Export documents

A typical shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and a Certificate of Conformity. Certificates of origin or other buyer-specific documents can be arranged when required.

Incoterms and lead time

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or DAP depending on the destination and the freight forwarder you prefer. Lead time starts after the deposit and drawing approval; the exact window is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
