Payment Terms for Fastener Orders
Payment terms for export fastener orders are agreed per order and confirmed on the proforma invoice. ChanDa works with equipment builders, distributors and importers, so terms need to fit both the order value and the delivery schedule.
How payment terms are confirmed
After we review your drawing, quantity, material and finish, we issue a quotation with the proposed payment schedule. Once you approve it, the proforma invoice fixes the price, Incoterm, bank details and delivery window. Production starts after the agreed deposit is received.
Common payment options
- T/T bank transfer — the standard option for most export orders, with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
- L/C at sight — available for larger orders where the buyer’s bank requires documentary credit.
- Sample and small-order payments — arranged by transfer before dispatch.
What to include with your order
- Company name, billing address and purchase order number.
- Payment currency (USD or EUR) and the bank details you will use.
- Any letter of credit requirements, including documents and wording.
- Delivery address and preferred Incoterm so freight can be quoted correctly.
